Not in love with your purchase? No pasa nada!

We accept returns within 30 days of the order date, provided items are unused, unworn, unaltered, free of makeup or deodorant stains, and returned with original tags and hygiene liners intact.

Returns that do not meet these standards may be declined.


U.S. & Canada Returns

Regular-priced items & items discounted 20% or less

  • Eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit

  • Refunds are subject to a $15 USD restocking fee

  • Exchanges are free

Items discounted over 20%

  • Not eligible for refund

  • Eligible for exchange or store credit only

  • A $15 USD restocking fee applies

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.


International Returns

  • Eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit (unless marked final sale)

  • A $15 USD restocking fee applies

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties

Once your return is received and approved, please allow up to 14 business days for processing.


How To Initiate A Return

Email hola@aguayamor.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

If approved:

  • U.S. & Canada customers will receive a prepaid return label

  • International customers will receive the return shipping address

We respond within 48 hours.


SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons and promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking email. Tracking becomes active within 24–48 hours.


United States & Canada

  • Free on orders over $150 USD (before tax, after discounts)

  • $12 USD under $150

  • 5–7 business days

Express Shipping

  • $25 USD

  • 3–5 business days


International

Standard Shipping

  • Free on orders over $550 USD

  • $35 USD under $550

  • 10–15 business days

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and administrative fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please consult your local customs office for details regarding your country’s de minimis threshold.
