RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 30 days of the order date, provided items are unused, unworn, unaltered, free of makeup or deodorant stains, and returned with original tags and hygiene liners intact.
Returns that do not meet these standards may be declined.
US & Canada Returns
Regular-priced items & items discounted 20% or less:
Eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit
Exchanges are free of charge. Returns are subject to a $12 USD restocking fee.

NO refunds, exchanges or store credit on items discounted over 50%
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once your order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. If tracking shows the package was delivered and proof of delivery (including delivery photos, where available) is provided by the carrier, AGUA Y AMOR is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure location and contacting the shipping carrier or local authorities if you believe your package has been stolen.
International Returns
Eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit (unless marked final sale)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties
Once your return is received and approved, please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

If approved:
- U.S. & Canada customers will receive a prepaid return label
- International customers will receive the return shipping address
We respond within 48 hours.
SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons and promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking email. Tracking becomes active within 24–48 hours.
United States & Canada
Standard Shipping
- Free on orders over $150 USD (before tax, after discounts)
- $12 USD under 4–6 business days
Express Shipping
- $25 USD 3–5 business days
Rates apply to mainland United States & Canada. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico is available at a flat rate of $20USD.
International
Standard Shipping
- Free on orders over $550 USD
- $40 USD under $550
- 10–15 business days
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and administrative fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please consult your local customs office for details regarding your country’s de minimis threshold.
